Also, with the Classic Mixer rated for 8 cups of flour, I could make an unbelievable amount of cookies (6 dozen) at one time or even up to 6 pounds of mashed potatoes. (Thank goodness I haven't had to peel that many potatoes yet!)
The mixer runs at 10 different speeds, so I had even control over my puddings, ganaches, frostings and bread doughs. The included attachments kept me from having to run to the store with each new recipe and buy something new, just to make the mixer work.
